- TSTeresa StewardSep 16, 20261.0Haven't been here in a while because im from out of town. But oh my god where is the staff from last year? That team was nice and so helpful. The manager i believe at that time is a perfect example of what a manager should be. She was helpful, friendly and had my whole family laughing. We was hoping and looked forward to seeing that team again. The guys was also a treat to talk to then. Im not sure who the older lady is in there now she may be the manager im.not sure. When I tell you her attitude is disgusting and horrible and we will never come back to Citi Trends again. Find better people or lose good customers. We drove 3 hours just to get bad service. Darn shame too. Christmas was our next visit to this store but its canceled. Im know there are better stores in the area with managers who are nice.
