James is extremely polite and will answer any questions you have regarding products, deals. Etc. I’ve never had a bad experience here since they’ve been open.

Riley was great! He was super fast at grabbing my order. It was crazy busy and i saw their deal on prerolls so i asked him if i could add a pack of those and i was expecting due to the fact that i added to my order that it would take longer like it sometimes does. It didnt take any longer at all! I was out the door in less than 5 minutes. I love the speed and the efficiency!

everyone in store is great! but if there's ever a problem with the vapes prepare for customer service to take forever and not give you enough credit to replace the item. has happened multiple times at this point, and at this point it doesn't seem like the customer service team cares
