  I was driving thru on my trip home to Arkansas and Ms. Karen took care of me and what I needed with a big ol smile on her face. Great shop, nice people, if I lived in there area, this would be my spot.

  3 people working on a Friday afternoon before a holiday is crazy work, but y'all pulled it off. 1 star don't ever do this shit again. Staff your dispensary. .. It's been 30 mins and I'm halfway down the line. Now I'm wondering why this place doesn't have self checkout. .. Actually since I've had so much time to think, the workers should be laid extra when there's a line literally to the front door. For handling the mess that staffing has produced. .. Captains log: I'm at the front of the line. Some guy wasn't paying attention and cost us 10 years. By the time we get back to Earth there may not be an earth left. .. It's cool that once I get to the counter the guy resets the card reader and I wait another few mins. No big. Then finds out it's programmed "to the wrong computer" sweet. I wonder if Collinsville ever has this problem. 🤔

  I have had a great experience most times coming here and I don’t want to leave this review but this dispensary has had continuous issues with connecting the card reader to the computer the last 3 times I’ve come here and no one in the building has been able to remedy the situation. I was asked to pay extra money to use the dispensary’s ATM just to pay for my products because they could not figure out the card reader once again. I used to use this dispensary regularly but after today’s visit I will be going elsewhere due to their constant technical difficulties.
