took over 20 minutes to get my order despite arriving on time for my pick up, then another customer walked in after me yet received their order first. i then found out I was missing items on my order compared to what was displayed on their site and have gotten zero response from their customer support team online. defiantly wont be buying again

*UPDATE to post by Tam* (spoiler, this story took an even worse turn)
I called the store to next day and spoke with George, the manager about the missing Mother’s Day delivery. I explained the situation and he seemed to be unaware of it. I wasn’t calling to ask for anything, I just truly wanted to know how this happened. He offered to send the delivery out today with a few upgrades and asked would that be sufficient. I told him I would greatly appreciate it, but wanted to be transparent and share that I’d left a bad review and disputed the charge. I told him that if the delivery made it out, I would be willing to update my review and also withdraw my dispute. He told me he had customers and would call me in about an hour to finish discussing.
He called me 3 hours later, right before closing, to share that he would not be sending anything out and asked if I understood from a business perspective since I told him I’d disputed the charge. I told him no, I didn’t understand because as a business owner, your primary concern should be empathizing with your customer’s horrible experience, taking accountability, and being willing to rectify the situation. Clearly it wasn’t about the money for me if I called in the next day AND volunteered the information about the dispute which is a testament to my character so you could trust that I would follow through on my word to withdraw the dispute because honestly, I could’ve accepted the gesture and still kept the dispute without telling him. However, he decided to cut me off and tell me that my words don’t move him, it’s wasted air, and that he isn’t sending anything out. He said more belittling things as well that showed that the customer experience is not a priority at all. It is now clear that the culture of that location is an issue starting from the TOP and that greed is at the center of it all.
Any decent person can tell that what was most important to me was making my mom smile and her receiving what was intended, or for me to at least get an explanation for how things went left (which I never received btw).
He had the opportunity to correct the issue, keep the sale, and get a public review updated…without a discount or chargeback…but he chose otherwise which clearly shows that they don’t value a customer of 10+ years.
Please BEWARE!!! I will never order from Edible Arrangements ever again!!!!
Stay far away from this location especially if dependability and customer service are important to you.
Bad berries and bad business smh.

I honestly wish I could give 0 stars because the experience today has been the worst EVER especially for Mother’s Day! I placed an order for 6 deliveries, 2 were supposed to come from this store. 1 was delivered around 10am so when I saw that the other had not updated to the “crafting your order” status, I called to verify that there wasn’t an issue (because unfortunately I have had an experience before where multiple deliveries were placed but only one went out). The woman who answered the phone was reluctant to look up the order and just kept trying to tell me “if it’s here, it’s going to go out.” I was trying to ask her to please just look up the order and double check because unfortunately I’ve had a bad experience before at another store. She eventually looked it up and said that the order was with the store and would go out, but because of the location, it would be on a different route. I felt better about it, but was still nervous.
After hours went by and the status still had not updated, I called the store and nobody answered. Understanding that it was a busy day, I gave grace but kept trying to call. Eventually it was clear that they just weren’t answering the phone for customers anymore. The status finally updated at 6:35pm which gave me a bit more hope that maybe it would be part of the last delivery for the day since they close at 8pm and have a delivery disclaimer that during busy holidays, deliveries could run as late as 9pm. Unfortunately the time kept dwindling down and now it’s after 11:30pm and the status never updated, nor has the delivery been completed.
This has been a heartbreaking experience for me as someone who hasn’t seen her mom in months with limited options to send something fresh from another state. They didn’t even have the decency to call to let people know that some orders would not be making it out. What sucks even more is that of all the orders I placed today, the one for MY mom was the only one that didn’t go out. For the past several years, EA had literally been my go-to for Mother’s Day for all the moms in my life so I place at least 6-8 orders each holiday (not to mention other orders throughout the year), but unfortunately this experience spoiled it for me. Not just because the delivery didn’t make it, but moreso because of the subpar customer service and lack of decency for customers spending hundreds of dollars for their mom on a special day. I honestly can’t believe this situation was handled this way!
To be clear, this isn’t 100% on the store as I’m sure part of the issue is the greed from corporate pushing orders beyond the capacity of the individual locations…prioritizing a few extra dollars over the well being of the workers trying their best to meet the demand, but that’s where the customer service part should kick in which is why I’m frustrated with the store for not even calling to notify me especially when I’d proactively called to ensure this exact thing did not happen.
Not to mention, I’d already extended grace regarding the bait and switch delivery fee that charged an extra $7 during checkout compared to what was shown before adding to the cart, but I will be pursuing a refund for all of the inflated delivery charges as well as a refund for my mom’s order. You all just lost a very loyal and consistent customer!
