  first things first, the fireplace itself is beautiful and a centerpiece of our home. we went with the cerona gas model, an arched fireplace, and a year+ after installation it's been reliable and issue-free. we love it. but beyond the product, the customer service was exceptional every step of the way. ben was helpful throughout the process, worked with us when we needed some special accommodations, and has offered his knowledge and expertise with a separate project not related to the fireplace we purchased from majestic. five stars well deserved

  I have had the honor to work with this wonderful company over the years Everyone there is knowledgeable and polite Service is quick, person to person contact no robots I highly recommend considering this company out of all the fireplace companies on the market they have the most knowledgeable staff especially when it comes to heat and glow, heatilator and majestic
