- LBL BeardAug 3, 20261.0I have ordered from this location many times. Im not sure if management changed, new workers, I dont know. I ordered an arrangement for same day delivery. It wasn't sent out. Never even received a confirmation email. But the funds sure came out of my bank account almost instantly. Called the next morning....No one knows why it wasn't sent out. After asking about the same day delivery fee he refunded that part. Next day come, the driver had to take the arrangement back to the store because the recipient wasn't home. I figured that would happen which is why I picked the day I picked to start with. So I ended up calling the store.....no answer....left a voicemail.....no call back. The delivery driver was attempting to deliver it again after I had left a message at the store asking them if they can just delivery it Sunday. Sunday comes.....no delivery.....called the store.....no answer. Finally received the delivery today 8/3/26. A week later. Arrangement looks thrown together. Does not look like the picture. Guys just go with a different location.

I left voicemails, no one ever called back. I emailed and all I got back was. Here is your ticket number. We will review it. Terrible terrible company.
