Should have been in and out in 10 min. Was told someone would get to me shortly multiple times. Left to purchase elsewhere and won't be trying Bass Pro again.

Live chat was ended as I was typing g a response out very unprofessional. With all the issues I have had I will not be shopping here again or ever ordering anything from them again worst customer service ever.
