I placed Order W0130653976-1 on Friday, May 8, 2026, for guaranteed Mother’s Day delivery on Sunday, May 10th no later than 7:00 PM. At 5:45 PM, I even called the store and was specifically told the delivery would arrive “within the hour.” Instead, the arrangement was not delivered until AFTER 10:50 PM. I received a phone call at 10:51 PM saying it had just been dropped off. Delivering a Mother’s Day gift nearly 4 hours after the guaranteed delivery window — and almost 11 PM at night — is beyond unacceptable. What makes this even worse is the false reassurance from staff earlier in the evening rather than honest communication about the delay. If you cannot handle holiday volume, then stop advertising guaranteed delivery times you clearly cannot meet. This completely ruined the experience and timing of a meaningful Mother’s Day gift. Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism, communication, and customer service. I will not be ordering from this location nor Edible Arrangements ever again. They are completely unprofessional and unwilling to take responsibility for actions. They wanted me the customer to just be “understanding”. I ordered my bouquet days before. It is a lack of planning and execution on their end.

Both my parents are in poor health and elderly. The owner called me made the perfect cake and delivered himself to them. He was very patient about my mom needing extra time to get to the door. He sent me a picture of what he made and my mom was in the picture a special treat to see her. My mom said he was so very nice when he delivered it and my Dad loved the cake! My mom wasn’t even sure she would get a piece he didn’t want to share. Thank you so much for being so kind and professional. I will use you again anytime I need something like this!
