- EDE DossettMay 8, 20261.0I was planning on renting a tux for my son from there. I ended up having to work so my daughter went in my place to have my son fitted for prom. They called me after the appt to let me know that an employee named Jayla was so completely rude and unprofessional to them and they couldn’t wait to get out of there. She mocked my son for not knowing how to adjust the pants for sizing and not doing the buttons correctly. This was his first experience trying on a tux so he clearly had no clue how it worked. I did call to make them aware but am pretty sure it was her that I spoke to on the phone. I did also send an email but have not heard back. I will not be using them and am cancelling our rental.

What was meant to be an enjoyable fitting turned into her making rude jokes, I-told-you-so’s and an overall uncomfortable experience. Really a shame to pay $200 to be criticized and treated unnecessarily poorly during a special moment.
- VCVictoria CApr 12, 20262.0To put it bluntly, I've never had a problem finding a dress I like here (fr yr hoco and now sr yr prom) however, customer service sucks and they are in desperate need of more adult help. Only one adult in the whole store it seemed like with about 10 teenagers running around. The teenagers that work there, although very sweet, are not helpful. They have limited knowledge in response to questions about alterations during the middle of prom season. Again they just need more adult help here. This store is only good for finding dresses, everything else seems like a hassle.
