- JAJahnisi AymerichFeb 14, 20231.0My fiancé got me flowers on Feb 14, 2023 from this location. He was in a hurry to get home, so he didn't check them before leaving. Once he arrived home, he saw that one flower was ROTTEN! So rotten that it had white and green mold on the entire flower. He submitted a complaint on their website and an employee call him saying that he would have to return them if he wanted a full refund. He suggested at least a practical refund because he didn't want to go back on Valentine's Day night and that he has pictures to prove how low quality their products are. The employee said no. This was a horrible customer service experience. All I can say is to refrain from ordering from this location.

I placed my order early in February for delivery on Valentine's Day to TSC Great Lakes, which is a school (as I also stated in the order) The eddiable arangments website states that delivery to a school should be no later than 3pm. I called the store over 15 times to get a delivery status update only to recieve a voicemail that said the box was full. I then emailed the store and called their number again. They finally answered but hung up on me twice before I was finally able to get someone on the phone. It was after 5pm by this point and the lady that finally answered the phone said that my order wasn't even out for delivery. It is now almost 8pm in Great Lakes and the order still has NOT be delivered.
