  Our experience at Avenue Fashion was incredibly disappointing. From the moment we walked in, the owner greeted us with, “What’s your budget?” There was no “Hello,” no “Welcome,” and no attempt to make us feel comfortable or valued as customers. It immediately set an unwelcoming tone. Things only got worse from there. The owner was rude, dismissive, and impatient, especially toward my 85-year-old mother. We expected kindness and professionalism while shopping for such an important occasion, but instead we felt judged and unwelcome. It was one of the most unpleasant retail experiences I’ve ever had. There are so many boutiques where customers are treated with warmth, respect, and genuine care. Unfortunately, this was not one of them. I would never return to Avenue Fashion, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a positive shopping experience.

  THANK YOU, Sandy, for all the care and attention you took in making sure my gown was absolutely perfect for my son’s wedding! There were so many gorgeous options, but you and your staff led me to the right one. I loved my dress and received so many compliments. I also want to thank Kim and Inga. As you know, I tried on many gowns, and all of you were so patient and honest with what you thought would look best. I can’t thank you enough. The dress was a hit and I felt beautiful in it! PS: The detachable shawl collar was a bonus! I kept it on for the ceremony and removed it for the reception. Loved it!

  My experience was great, as it always is. The owner, Sandy, who was at my side almost immediately, asked what I was looking for and guided me in the right direction. She gave me her opinion on how something might look before I even tried it on. I chose the pants suit I purchased. Sandy disappeared and came back with a dress that I may have turned my nose up to when I first saw it. The woman knows her business! The dress looks fabulous and I can guarantee that no one will be wearing anything like it. It’s youthful looking and fun. I can always find something I love in the shop.

  The dresses are beautiful and the service was impeccable. And I know some prior visits that their alterations are perfect

  This shop is exceptional! Incredible inventory and always glad to order, if available, a different size. One of the few places that still does alterations on site. If you’re looking for service and variety and really good clothes Avenue Fashions is the place to go. Shopped here for years and always will. Simply the best!!!
