  The entire team at Persin & Robbin—Sally, Kirsten, Adam, and Cescily—was super helpful, incredibly nice, and attentive throughout our entire journey. This level of care is rare and not something you see at other Rolex Authorized Dealers. From the very start, they were completely upfront and honest that the pieces we were interested in would require a bit of a wait. When the day finally came, the buying experience was absolutely fantastic. I have already referred a few friends to P&R and look forward to working with them over the years. Highly recommend!

  I don’t usually write reviews—in fact, this might be only my third or fourth ever—but my experience here left me no choice. Reason for my 1-star review: 1. Lack of recognition — Despite my purchase history, multiple store visits, and trying to stay in touch through calls and texts, the SA never follows up with you or stays in touch, and there’s no sense of being known or valued as a customer. 2. Lack of care — Not once have I been offered anything from my wish list, even after purchasing three watches. I’ve asked repeatedly, only to hear “we don’t have it available,” which raises the question—where are all the watches going? 3. Inability to obtain a timepiece — Each time I try to build a relationship, the sales associate leaves or changes, forcing me to start over. By then, the watch is either discontinued or I never get the call. Save your money or take it where it matters most.
