  I can't say enough good things about Persin & Robbin. From my first email inquiry, I was treated like someone they wanted to build a relationship with rather than a quick sale. Sally has been excellent throughout. She's knowledgeable, patient, and genuine, and she helped me find a watch I love without any pressure along the way. My wife and I also worked with Sally and Cathy on a custom design project, and Cathy's work was fantastic. You can tell she really cares about getting it right. This is a family-owned Official Rolex Jeweler that's been part of the area for decades, and it's exactly the kind of local business worth supporting. We'll be customers for a long time. Highly recommended.

  Kirsten and Cescily were wonderful and so helpful. I stopped in a couple times prior to look at watches and Kirsten was so helpful and friendly, knowledgeable, and showed me the perfect watch. Cescily was thoughtful, knowledgeable, and made the pickup experience memorable and delightful. I will most definitely be back for other items, not just watches! Thank you Persin & Robbin!

She was extremely knowledgeable, very helpful throughout the entire process, and communicated exceptionally well from start to finish. She took the time to answer all of my questions, kept me updated, and made the experience comfortable and enjoyable without ever feeling pressured.   Amazing experience from the moment you walk in the door compared to other jewelers and authorized dealers in the area. Kirsten was awesome to work with, very knowledgeable so kind when trying on and discussing Rolex watches, as well as extremely helpful when picking out a gift for my wife! Adam in Tudor was super approachable and nice too! Thank you again!
