- LCLaurie C.Sep 16, 20261.0I ordered flowers for my mom’s birthday, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. There was no delivery confirmation, and my mom had no idea the flowers had even been dropped off—they were left where she didn’t see them. I reached out to the florist via email last evening and never received a response, which makes the situation even more frustrating. Communication is key for something as time-sensitive as a birthday delivery, and this completely missed the mark. Because of this, what should have been a special moment was overshadowed by confusion and disappointment. I would not recommend based on this experience. Amazon is more reliable.

I contacted them and was told that it was a similar’s value of flowers and that the photo doesn’t necessarily match since it’s a comparable value. It was disappointing.
