  Jonathan was great. He had a smile on his face as I was walking up to the counter. When ever I come here and he is working he always smiles. I had a problem and he was able fixed it. He is very curious. I try to get him as my bud tender when I can.

  I frequent the dispensary. I like to keep some live sugar and flower on hand. With the way my pay comes in, I can't afford to purchase in bulk. So sometimes I am at the dispensary more than once in a week. And these guys don't laugh at me like the staff at Stashouse did. I often get Jonathan as my budtender here at Ascend, and he has never once laughed at me, never made a snide remark or made me feel uncomfortable or unwanted at the dispensary. He is usually friendly and engaging and doesn't act like my order inconveniences him nor acts like I am not spending enough money at the dispensary. Ascend has a pretty good selection of products, and their inhouse brands are pretty sweet. As of right now, they have the cheapest concentrates in town if you don't mind inhouse. The new packaging they have for their Ozone brand is a lot better than their old grey bags; it even has a small window to preview the flower and actually contains the terp percentages, not just the THC/CBD/THCA amount.

  Absolutely terrible and disrespectful. I don’t leave reviews very Often. Negative ones At that. But this one definitely needs to be brought to attention so here goes. Nothing but absolute service from the second. I started checking out, especially for me my first time at the location and having this much of an experience never again will I come back here to this location. A customer cussed me out saying I cut everybody in line when that wasn’t the case at all. If I did. It wasn’t intentional. But I don’t think I did. Second, the staff told Me that she was sorry that she didn’t hear him. Call me anything so she couldn’t do anything about it considering that she went to get my order came back out and basically told me they were no longer able to finish the sale. I politely said I drove here 30 minutes. After dealing with your ATM and your debit card messing up for an extra 30 and now you’re gonna tell me, I can’t get this because some other customer is cussing me out and calling me names and she said again unfortunately since I didn’t hear him, I can’t take your word for it. She then walked away, came back again. The guy next to me that was cussing at me, got his stuff and as he was leaving, he called me the same name again right in front of the worker and I looked right at her and I said OK so now I know you heard him say at that time after him calling me out every time The worker would walk to the back. As he was leaving the worker proceeds to tell me I’m sorry there’s nothing I can do about it now that he is leaving terrible service, especially to let somebody treat somebody like that. Especially to the point they go into a panic attack and get so upset that they get sick and couldn’t breathe. Had to sit in the parking lot for almost 15 minutes afterwards just to be able to drive home calmly and safely . Absolutely rude and terrible service regardless first time visitor or not.

  Ascend in Colllinsville didn't have my order when I arrived The nicest gentleman came out to curbside and I said Im looking for my order before I bothered you He said you're no bother at all! He got it figured out then brought the cashier and order to my car Thank you If you are Joshua H and you know who you are that helped me You should receive all the appreciation and some recognition from aascend I love Ascend by the way Been going since they opened for medical cannabis I do know that it helped heal me!!!

  Amazing.. Joshua was a gentleman and a scholar..very knowledgeable, I mean he might be a undercover wizard.. Josh out here saving lives.. 1000% deserves a raise or at least a park bench with his name on it! They will write songs about him one day!!
