  55 dollars a 1/8 plus tax is not acceptable in 2026 yall are stupid I can get the same smoke in Alton for 31 dollars this place needs shut down or needs ownership must be nice to rip off your own community

  About a couple weeks ago or so Bad experience rude employees The guy with the dreads who is unfortunately a manger and a lady with curly hair. It’s not always what you say, it’s how you say it. Careful how you speak to people. You never know how it might come back to you. In order to get respect you must give it.

  I had to get cash out of atm. There wasn't anyone available behind the medical counter. My GF was being waited on by someone behind the recreational counter. So, I walked over there and stood beside her as she was the only one in line. The guy was taking a while to get her order. He seemed annoyed and didn't want to be there. As he was wrapping up her order, I told him that I have an order, too. He signed, heavily. And asked "didn't they help you over there?" I said, "umm no". Considering I am not medical, I wasn'teven sure why he asked me. Then he said "we aren't supposed to do this...but". I placed my DL on the counter. He again took a while to get my order and now, there were 5 -6 people in line behind me. I am not sure "what he wasn't supposed to do", but I was a customer who actually was let in first. And was 2nd in line. He was just annoyed with life.

  Extremely disappointed with the customer service at this location. My experience here was worse than any dispensary I’ve visited across the country, and I’ve been to quite a few. When I called the corporate number to raise my concerns, I got an assistant that took a detailed message. She told me her boss would call me back the next day. It’s been over a month now, and I still haven’t heard back. I expect more from a company operating at this scale. If you can’t get basic service right in store or follow up on customer complaints, that’s a real problem. I won’t be back to another Ascend location after this.
