  The manager was done helping me, I guess. She told me she had other things to do and walked away in the middle of my transaction. I asked her employee for her name, apparently he doesn’t know his own managers name. Have never had a ruder interaction than that, it takes the cake. Seriously. She was being rude before walking away, I asked how much it would be with the roundup and she said, “I don’t know what you’re asking me” like I was speaking Chinese. Also, unless you’re a legends member, please go to the Fairview Heights location. The wait time here is ridiculous.

  I came in to make a purchase they told me my medical card was inactive I went through the process paid my bill got outside called the state of Illinois and my card was active somebody obviously mis put the numbers in. I then called within 5 minutes to speak with the manager they said they would have won call me back because I wanted to come back and get my tax that I paid since they were wrong and since not one person has reached out to me. That is shity customer service

  I've decided to no longer purchase "shake" product from here. Shake does not have the consistency of ground pepper in my experience. In addition, it has a "green" taste that makes me wonder if they are grinding up sucker leaves and other parts of the plant no one wants to smoke.
