  Love Todd Snyder, came here to check out the ds and Durga scents. The moment we walked in the older white gentleman sales associate was so demeaning and rude I couldn’t even continue shopping there. He was extremely warm with the white man who came in before us and we were the only other people in the store. He truly left such a sour taste in my mouth, I don’t know if it was just because we were younger brown men, but we had to leave the store immediately did not feel safe here at all. I hope he learns to treat others with respect soon.

  Staff was racist and rude. Staff in nashville was great, completely different in chicago. I bought a pair of shoes last week from the nashville location, and came in chicago to buy a new pair. I walked in and didnt see any sneakers, so I asked the associate if they had sneakers. He ignored me, so I asked again. He then rudely said “do you see shoes, look” I said oh im looking for sneakers specifically because I only saw loafers. He then said again, look for yourself. Im not sure what warranted this behavior as me and my brother were very nice and spent the morning shopping in lincoln park. I did see him treat the older white customer very well right before us and he was the only other person in the store, so its not like the store was overwhelmed. I was planning on buying a pair of shoes, but left abruptly after being so disrespected. Was excited to find a good quality brand, but don’t see any reason to ever go back.

  Booked a weekday appointment at the Chicago Armitage location and worked with Phillip W. and Joe T. The experience was excellent. I sent over a few ideas and looks I liked ahead of time, and when I arrived, they were fully prepared with a great selection of clothing ready for me to try on. Both of them were knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and didn't pressure me at all. They gave me honest advice on footwear, accessories, and basics (like tees and tank tops) that I could grab elsewhere to finish the outfits. Highly recommend this spot if you want a classic, seamless personal shopping experience.
