  Could not be more disappointed with my experience here. Went in to get lenses replaced on my sunglasses. Aileen (manager) evaluated the frames and deemed them acceptable so that new lenses could be ordered. Said would be at the store in a week. Two weeks passed and no call - so I called them. Lenses had been shipped but never arrived. They were reordered. A week later got a call to come back in. The guy helping me and changing the lenses could not remove one of the screws as it was stripped. Said he would send me to another eyeglass place in the building that could handle this but they were closed. So instead he suggested I come back the next day and speak to the manager - Aileen. So I did. She didn't really even attempt to remove the screw and replace the second lens. Was quite dismissive. "It's stripped - nothing I can do." (And wasn't the inspection of the frames part of the evaluation as to whether the lenses could be replaced in tie first place?) She suggested I go to LensCrafters. With no guarantee. She said the place in the building g her employee recommended would t do it. (Had I known that the day before I wouldn't have even come back to this Sunglass Hut!) I had her put the one old lens that had been replaced back in and got a refund. Absolutely no ownership here - three trips to the store. Will not be back. Will buy sunglasses elsewhere from now on.

  The team, especially the manager, at this location were very welcoming and gave me honest feedback when I was picking out new sunglasses. I have been to this location before and have had positive experiences as well. I will be back!

  Just got my AI glasses. The store manager, the lady, was very friendly and knowledgeable. I strongly suggest having a conversation with her if you have any decision to make between glasses. I enjoyed my conversation while clearing my mind of what I needed as the glasses did not have what I wanted all in one so I had to compromise.
