- LDLuke DavisSep 11, 20265.0I’m thoroughly impressed with the service here. I came in with a few styles I wanted to see and Verenise showed me not only those, but other styles I hadn’t considered. I bought a pair from her and left thrilled. The very next day I dropped my new glasses and cracked them on the sidewalk (please get the warranty) and popped back in and was met by Benoy. He made the experience seamless and comfortable. I was nervous about redeeming the warranty so soon, but he helped me right away and even helped me pick out a second pair that Verenise had shown me the day before. Their confidence in their product, excellent service, and genuine care made for an unmatched experience. As a salesman and manager of a luxury retail showroom, I would hire them both today.
