  My husband and I recently purchased matching Cartier watches, and even though we moved away from Chicago, Lidia made the entire remote buying experience seamless. She was incredibly helpful throughout the process, always responsive, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. We truly appreciated how easy she made everything from a distance. Highly recommend working with Lidia. It was a great experience from start to finish!

  Since I was a little girl I’ve been all over the place with the kind of ring I wanted…the dream ring changed a lot over the past 34 years but I can confidently say that Kristi Wu & her colleague Maitte has absolutely nailed helping my fiance and I pick the most gorgeous ring and wedding band I will wear for the rest of my life. She made us feel like she genuinely cared just as much about this moment as we did. We walked in December 2024 just to look since I didn’t know what I wanted or even my size…. Found the perfect cut and carat - my fiance went back in 6months later. She was very sneaky helping my fiance get our ring done with only a two week notice that my fiance gave her. Razny is a special place I will definitely be getting future pieces from because of Kristi. Thank you for being apart of one of the happiest moments of my entire life.

  My husband and I had an amazing experience at Razny. We came in looking for our first Rolex watches, and Kristy Wu provided top-notch service from start to finish. She helped us try on different models and sizes to find the perfect fit, and offered great suggestions based on our skin tones and wrist sizes. She also demonstrated impressive knowledge of the entire Rolex catalog and history. Kristy W. went above and beyond by arranging for another watch I was interested in to be brought in from a different Razny location, so my wrist wouldn’t sit empty while we wait for our Rolexes to become available. Five-star service all around — I would recommend Kristy W. and Razny in a heartbeat.

  Honestly the best Jewelry and watch store I’ve been to. The staff are so thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. Kristy Wu, Lau, and Maitte remember me when I walked in, and were helpful in a recent purchase. They took the time to answer all my questions and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The selection is beautiful, and the quality of the jewelry is outstanding. The entire process felt professional, comfortable, and personalized.
