  Kristy Wu at Razny Jewelers provided an exceptional experience! She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to walk us through the store, explain different pieces, and let us try on several beautiful options without ever making us feel rushed. She even cleaned my ring, which was such a thoughtful touch. Her professionalism and genuine kindness made our visit so enjoyable. I highly recommend asking for Kristy if you’re looking for outstanding service and quality jewelry!

  Kristy Wu was absolutely the best! She was incredibly knowledgeable and informative about watches, and you could tell she genuinely has a passion for what she does.   I went to Razny’s to find a watch for my fiance that I could gift him on the day of our wedding. I walked in and was introduced to Thomas who spoke with me about Rolex and what I was looking for. He helped me find the perfect piece for our wedding day and his communication and customer service were above and beyond. I cannot wait to gift this and surprise him day of!

  I had an outstanding experience at Razny Jewelers⁠ thanks to Kristy. From the moment my friend and I walked in, she made us feel genuinely welcomed. What impressed me the most was her incredible passion for watches. As someone who truly appreciates fine timepieces, I was pleasantly surprised by her extensive knowledge of Patek Philippe watches. She was able to discuss different models, complications, and the brand’s history with remarkable professionalism and enthusiasm. Beyond her expertise, Kristy has a warm personality and a contagious smile that instantly makes the experience enjoyable.   My honest review of Razny over the last 5 years - they have gotten better, and better, and better with customer service. I think historically there was a lot of bad press of customer getting snubbed, not feeling welcome, not getting the right level of help. From the beginning my experience with Razny back in 2021 was great. Over the years, I saw their staff change, and engagement and support actually elevate, which I imagine was direction associated with new management and the core Razny management team. I end up coming to them a lot due to their In-House Rolex Certified watchsmith; Matt. Matt is trained to provide full service based on your needs versus needing to send your watch out to one of the major Rolex service centers in New York or Dallas. Each time, I have asked Matt for something specific such as adjusting the accuracy of my Daytonas to meet my level of OCD with wanting my watches to run +1-2 second a day which he has done so extraordinarily. On top of that, Matt always comes out to talk to me directly and really makes me feel so engaged with the process and the company. Whoever from Razny is reading this review, it sounds like you guys paid me off but you did not. This is just a result of your outstanding customer service. Mattie, you are doing an amazing job running the store. Please let Matt know he's the best!
