  The attitude that some of the staff have is just awful! Met a wonderfully polite staff (older bald man) on the first level who directed me to the ladies section on level 3. I was looking for jumpers and a staff member (another man) asked if I wanted him to pick out the size for trying on. I had a light blue colored jumper while he asked me, so he got that out. I apologized and told him that I was looking at the navy blue one and since then his attitude just shifted! Responded back to me saying he took the light one out because that’s the one I was holding (could have just said “sure” and be done with it). Asked me which Navy style I was looking for because “the style are different”! Could have just nicely explained what the different styles were, maybe even suggested what he thought would be nice. But no! Got out the navy one, which I tried and it was running a bit long so I asked if there was a petite size. Responded by saying”we don’t do that”! I asked to try the light blue one since that was a different style and his response “you mean the one I had originally brought out?”! I apologized (again!) and said yes! At this point I’m super annoyed and definitely don’t want to buy anything. But I had to try what he got and then gave both the jumpers back and he said “how did it go?” with sooo much more attitude that I couldn’t run out faster! I’m sure they’re people who don’t buy stuff and just browse and he probably thought I didn’t want to either because I’m brown? Irrespective of what he thinks and how people look, being treated poorly is not okay! Do better Ralph Lauren!!

  Visited this store looking for blazers and both staff that had to ask directions or stock were very rude.

  I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Ralph Lauren's store in chicago. The ambiance is nice. The store is curated like a gorgeous home. The door man, Gerald, was gracious and helpful. Ulysses and Aria I believe her name was was very attentive to our needs.
