  Amazing interior. Staff can be a bit of a snob, but then I remember, they can’t treat customers like a beggar specially if they are just paid by the hour.. lol. The only genuinely nice staff was the gay guy I think on the second floor. Everyone else is a bummer and makes you want to leave the negative energy asap.

  I just wanted to echo what others have said about the staff. I understand that they probably have high foot traffic, but that doesn’t excuse their dismissiveness. It genuinely makes guests feel unwelcomed, and no one wants to make a purchase only to wear the item later to recall their bad in-store experience.

  An absolutely beautiful Ralph Lauren store on Michigan Avenue. The level of craftsmanship and attention to detail is impressive, not only in the clothing but also throughout the entire space. The architecture, interior design, materials, and presentation create an atmosphere that feels genuinely refined and timeless. The clothes themselves are beautifully made, with excellent fabrics, tailoring, and attention to even the smallest details. Even if you are simply browsing, it is worth visiting to appreciate the design and craftsmanship. A beautiful example of classic American luxury.

  This is my favorite shop ever. I met a long time employee a while back who gave me a full tour of each flour, and told me personal anecdotes about Ralph Lauren himself. They have full rooms of furniture customized to RL taste, as well as a Purple Label area if you're looking for bespoke.

  Ralph Lauren Chicago feels more like a museum than a shop. The atmosphere is beautiful, elegant, and thoughtfully designed, with incredible attention to detail throughout the space. It’s an experience just to walk around and take everything in. The classic Ralph Lauren style is reflected not only in the clothing but also in the architecture, décor, and overall presentation. Definitely worth visiting, even if you’re just there to admire the setting and enjoy the experience.
