  Overpriced coffee shop but super cute. Not to mention it’s connected to the Ralph Lauren store makes sense for the price of it. It’s good though I enjoyed it.

  This place is silly. I walked in wearing yoga pants and baseball cap…and there was one other customer on the women’s floor and the sales associate did not address me, ever. She kept her head down and scrolled on her phone. I’ll still buy what I came in for, but online. I refuse to entertain this kind of 1990s attitude.

  I have never been so appalled by the level of staff attitude and customer service at a store, especially one of this caliber. My husband and I visited the Ralph Lauren Chicago store at approximately 4:30 PM on Saturday, August 8. I am four months pregnant, and we were especially excited to make our first trip to Ralph Lauren’s children’s department as we prepare for our first baby. We wanted to pick up a few things and make what should have been a genuinely special experience out of it. Instead, the experience was so unpleasant that we ultimately walked out without purchasing anything. The associates on the 4th floor, particularly in Children’s, were absolutely horrid. The attitude we encountered was incredibly rude, dismissive, and unwelcoming. There was no sense that we were valued as customers, let alone that anyone was interested in helping us. It was genuinely shocking. The 3rd floor Women’s department was equally disappointing, with an attitude from the staff that was completely inconsistent with the level of service one would expect from Ralph Lauren. What makes this even more frustrating is that my husband regularly shops with the associates on the Men’s floor, and we have always found them to be wonderful, attentive, and professional. So this is clearly not an issue with the store as a whole, but specifically with the experience and attitude of the associates on the Women’s and Children’s floors. We came in excited to shop for our first baby and left feeling so uncomfortable and unwelcome that we decided to take our business elsewhere. There are plenty of luxury retailers in Chicago where customers are treated with basic courtesy and respect, and we will happily spend our money there instead. My husband and I have both decided that we will never return to the Ralph Lauren Chicago store. For a brand that positions itself at the luxury level, the behavior we experienced was completely unacceptable. Ralph Lauren should seriously reconsider the standard of customer service being provided on these floors, because the associates are doing a remarkable job of driving customers away.

  What a beautiful store! Worth the time to go in and just look at all the details put into every corner. Every room feels like a different vision and even walking along the staircases felt special. Beautiful clothes matching a beautiful interior.
