They really put out their efforts and expertise to think outside of the box to help me find all the possible resorts of something “waterproof” and tall but lightweight shoes. 👞Mark walked me through every possible texture and shoe kind that could fit into this solution, with no impatience at all through and through, it was just mere humane sympathy and support! And Veronica eventually found a pair that had been newly returned from a customer who decided not to get it upon paying, and she found us immediately to let us know and have this decent pair!! 💗 I hope they get complimented by their team and department for how they were genuinely thinking of the customer and trying their best to help someone like me!!!
