Management must either be unaware of the issue or just as checked out, because the poor service was impossible to miss. I would never go back.

I was told, “Ma’am, she is not in today.” I then asked whether she had called off and if anyone had been able to reach her, as I was worried about her well-being. The response I received felt dismissive and unnecessarily aggressive. The manager repeatedly interrupted me, saying “ma’am” in a rude tone rather than addressing my concern with professionalism or empathy. As someone calling out of genuine concern, I found the interaction lacking basic courtesy and respect. I understand that workplace policies may limit what information can be shared, but there is still an expectation of respectful communication—especially when dealing with a worried family member. Unfortunately, this experience reflected poorly on both the staff and management.
