- CNCarla NelisApr 11, 20261.0I called 3x to ask about tailoring. I asked the days and hours. I asked for an appointment (the regular stores require an appointment) but they said none needed. My third call I asked again to confirm the time a tailor would be onsite and what was the best time. I was assured again that anytime between 11-7 was good. I get here at 2:30 the tailor has a daily lunch 2-3 pm. So now I have to wait. How hard is it to tell your customers that the tailor has a set lunch time?
