  Terrible organization and completely unable to meet deadlines in alterations. All I needed was simple back darts added to a single shirt, and I was given a two-week turnaround. I returned on the final day of that second week—during a rainstorm—only to find out no one had even touched the shirt yet. I was told they would try and get it done by 6pm. They close at 6. So I came back the next day planned to find the alterations department closed for an entire week. When I finally went back an additional week after that, the staff couldn't locate my shirt and kept bouncing me back and forth between the front desk and alterations. Wasted trips and zero communication. Save your money and take your tailoring elsewhere. Nordstrom headquarters was kind enough to give me a refund.

  They have plenty clothes/shoes to choose from. Compared to Marshalls i find them a tad expensive. In saying that I bought a pair of nice Scetchers for $65 with tax. Not bad but not super cheap

  I'm giving four stars because the product I purchased was defective; HOWEVER Zach gets 1000 stars!! He went above and beyond to make it right & I'm very grateful to him. His customer service is phenomenal! Not only did he call me back the next day like he said he would, but he came up with ways to help me without inconveniencing me and even made up for the faulty item. He was also very pleasant and kind and very professional. Thank you Zach!!
