- PCPreston C5 days ago1.0I called three different times and got three different operators who all answer like AI without any personality in their voice and who then transferred me to a deparment that doesn't answer their phones. I told the operators that I wasn't able to get through each time and they supposedly tried different extensions - still, no answer. I was merely trying to confirm if something was in stock in-store. Nordstrom customer service has definitely gone down hill. I used to work for Nordstrom back in the day when they were known for excellence in the retail space. Very disappointed.
