I tried to return a pair of pants ordered online which are in original packaging and with the receipt and Ben said all he can do it put my refund on a gift card instead of the card it was purchased on which I had in hand. I felt like he wasn’t listening to me and I had to repeat details multiple times. The customer in front of me also had an issue with a return he was trying to do with Ben. Go to another location with better customer service.
