I had the sweetest and most beautiful lady helping me, sorry that I didn't know her name. Once again I just wanted to say thank you for being kind and helpful.

It took nearly 20 minutes to process just three items. She also raised her voice at me for not saving the shopping bags, which was unnecessary and unprofessional. Overall, the customer service was slow and unpleasant.

When I was getting rung up the store associate whispered to another associate that it looked like the promos had changed. I asked him if I was still getting the promos and he said I was. After checking out, it looked like instead I got a BOGO promo that ended up being more expensive than the promo that was advertised. The difference was only like 10 bucks so I didn’t bother going back because I had a busy day. However, that interaction tells me enough about the associate/management being shady to their customers.
