And as a thank you, they did not even give me the full value of the cost of the returned items that I paid for. I’ve loved express, will never shop this brand again. Sad way to lose a family of customers.

Terrible service, came to return 3 of 6 items I bought. They gave me back 30-40$ less for my returns than what they cost to buy, and made the other items more costly. Carefully inspect the item costs and item return values when you buy. This is appalling.

I had the sweetest and most beautiful lady helping me, sorry that I didn't know her name. Once again I just wanted to say thank you for being kind and helpful.
