- RMRene' Moore4 days ago4.0I recently ordered several gifts from Edible Arrangements on 99th & Halsted, including birthday treats for my mom and a thoughtful thank-you gift for a family friend. Overall, the recipients were very happy with their arrangements, and the deliveries arrived on time as promised. The fruit arrangements were fresh, nicely assembled, and presented well. The flowers and balloons added a nice touch, and the delivery driver on the most recent order was especially friendly and pleasant. My main reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the cost. The $9.99 delivery fee felt a bit high, especially for smaller arrangements, and the floral add-ons seemed somewhat expensive for what was included. I also found one customer service interaction to be a little abrupt when I called with questions. A more welcoming and conversational approach would have made the experience even better. That said, the gifts brought smiles to the people receiving them, and that's what mattered most. Reliable delivery, attractive arrangements, and happy recipients make this a place I would consider using again for special occasions IF there was better customer service involvement.

Very unprofessional you don’t leave customers in the dark like that. I will definitely not waste my money here anymore.

No automatic refund posted due to me not receiving my order or any other extra compensation for the inconvenience of the whole situation. Please do not order from this location!
