  I received a gift from this company. It was eventually delivered and handed to me but the quality is subpar. The edible arrangement was supposed to be delivered one day earlier. It was not and they did not communicate with the person who bought the gift. Not a big deal on the time of delivery HOWEVER, I'm guessing my arrangement was in the truck/car/whatever and "thawed out," then placed back into the fridge and/or freezer. Why I am guessing that: the arrangement was wrapped in plastic that was soaked in condensation with red and yellow from the covered strawberries and pineapples, i took all the fruit off of the sticks and many of the strawberries are squishy - the same way a frozen and thawed strawberry would be, one of the strawberries has mold on it (on top of a brown spot). The person who was giving me this for mothers day has been upset that it wasn't delivered and now the quality of their purchase is considerably less than what is advertised and what they've purchased before. I'm a fruit gal, but the fruit just looks not fresh. I am not enthused to eat it. 2 stars because of the effort to make the arrangement and because it did eventually get delivered.

  I went in store to place my order. The young lady was very nice. She answered my questions and gave great suggestions. I made 3 orders to the same location all items the same. When my delivery arrived it was only one not three, and this one was in a very bad condition presentation was horrible the fruit had fallen off the stick. Shortly the other two arrived in that order another fruit had fallen on the stick. The third one was ok. I contacted the store to inform them I was unhappy. I received a call saying the will replace the one and add 6 additional strawberries on the house 5 hours later. When the replacement order arrived it was missing the balloon and the strawberries was not dipped in chocolate but it was placed in a carry out bag unlike the previous orders. In the photo you can see the first order. And the replacement order was in a bag. Although the order was remade it was still incorrect and the first orders were just delivered in the plastic no bag, I’m still unhappy and I will not purchase from here again.

  Very friendly staff, and they are very fast on getting the gifts packed and ready! Definitely will be coming back here for future needs!
