It was truly disappointing - more than half the strawberries were moldy. I have emailed customer service for Edible Arrangements four times and the only reply is them saying they received the email, assigned a complaint number and nothing happens past that. The amount spent on this order was about $100, what a waste. I would not order from this location, or any of their locations, based on this experience.

I ordered the $24.99 chocolate-covered fruit box with strawberries, apples, and pineapple as a gift for an individual. The presentation was beautiful, and the package also came with a nice little gift bag and my thoughtful thank you message, which was a really nice touch. Although I personally didn’t get to taste the fruit, the person who received it was very happy with it and said everything looked wonderful. It was left at her front door and her doorman indicated she had a delivery coming her way. Overall, it was a beautiful, thoughtful gift, the delivery went smoothly, and the recipient was happy. I would definitely consider ordering from Edible Arrangements again!

- QPQueen PharaohJul 6, 20261.0I am so disappointed in edible arrangements, someone ordered me a beautiful birthday assortment, however the fruit wasn’t fresh , the strawberry’s soft and welted, the pineapple wasn’t fresh actually it was the gases husk not the edible part! I am so pissed I called the store and supplied them with pictures of their product, but it’s been crickets. I will never order from them again an I will tell everyone I know about this location and the service that they provided.
