- SSSaraAug 3, 20261.0I attempted to return some shoes I got as a gift (with the receipt!) and was told they had no way of knowing I actually bought the shoes from DSW. The person I spoke with was very dismissive; I was quite surprised. Tried to return again at a DSW in the suburbs and was able to complete the return with no issues. I'd recommend a different branch if you're looking for help from staff.

I went to return a purchased item I received online and the staff completely accused me of trying to return a fake shoe after providing them with my order number and my receipt. To say I was treated rudely was would be a severe understatement. I’ve never been to a DSW with this bad of energy. Someone needs to be fired!
