While in the store, I was continuously followed and profiled by both staff and security guards as if I were a criminal. The environment was so hostile and uncomfortable that I felt forced to leave. As a paying customer, being treated with such blatant disrespect is unacceptable, and management needs to address how security profiles shoppers.
