  Super friendly staff, after having a bad experience at a near by store they were extremely welcoming and fun. Don't let the scaffolding fool you, this is the best store on oak Street!

  I came in and felt so welcome. I had Olivia help me pick out the cutest wallet. She was so knowledgeable, helpful and kind! I will always come back to her to help me pick out the cutest items. :) She is the best when you come in ask for her if you want a great shopping experience. 🩷

  Despite the other negative reviews, my experience was very good. Michael was very helpful and I was able to find a number of items that I was happy with, many of which he suggested. I plan to return on my next trip to Chicago. I did notice that return policy is only available for 10 days, so make sure you choose something you don't plan to return otherwise you have only have 10 days to decide! Overall good service during my visit.
