  Today I had the chance to experience a customer service representative name Daniel who informed me he’s a senior seasoned retail store manager. But yet seems to not have the knowledge or experience to put customers first. Today I walked in Dolce Gabbana on my way to meet a client hoping to get a merchandise bag for an order I purchased online. Remind you they do not sell dinning wear in store. He was extremely rude and requested that I spend more money with the store in order to get a company bag. I explained and showed my receipt he stated I must spent money with his store today to get a bag that my online order and requested for a store bag will not be honored without spending more money. My thing is that these so called reasoned people get confused is designer shopping and purchasing should be a luxury filled with joy and politeness. Instead they try hard to make people of color to feel like that don’t belong in any way. I feel so sorry for people with the mindset of their work resume being more important the quality service. Dolce was so empty but not because the brand is trash but the experience with Daniel is not worth experiencing. No star was deserved and I will be doing an online return respect is a must !
