Terrible experience. Lack of customer service. Had to ask someone to be helped after wandering around the store for 10 minutes. Tracy was extremely rude. Terrible store. Don’t waste your time. Order online.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this Dior location. I came in genuinely excited and prepared to purchase a handbag, but unfortunately, the customer service completely changed my mind. From the moment I walked in, I was not greeted, welcomed, or approached by any of the sales associates. Several employees were standing around, yet I had to go out of my way to ask someone for assistance. Once I was finally helped, I felt more like a burden than a valued customer. The bag I was interested in was not available in the color I wanted, so I explained that I would prefer to come back when I could see that color in person before purchasing. The sales associate, Tracy, responded, “It’s the same bag, just a different color,” and told me they could order it. While I understand that ordering is an option, when purchasing a luxury handbag at this price point, I think it is completely reasonable to want to see the exact bag and color in person before making the purchase. The response felt dismissive rather than helpful. I had been very excited to make my purchase from Dior, and I expected the level of service to reflect the luxury experience associated with the brand. Instead, I left feeling unwelcome and unimportant. I ultimately decided not to make the purchase and went to another luxury brand where I received the excellent and attentive customer service I had expected. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this location. A luxury purchase should feel special, and this experience was anything but. Tracy was absolutely terrible I would not recommend to be serviced by her. No introduction no water or beverage was offered. And every response from her had a condescending snarky comment or fake giggle. When asked to get a new wallet for purchase she cut me off and said this is brand new. She also lied and said that everything displayed was all she had but then when my husband asked for more options she pulled out different styles. Only nice person there was the door greeter.

I called to get information on a new perfume and I was half hour on the phone and no one picked up the phone and this is supposed to be a Dior store.

Very disappointing experience. I was not greeted by an associate. She looked at me but I was made to approach her. I said what I was looking for and she pointed and replied "its over there". Oookay...so I walked over to the area by myself, then had to return to the front of the store where the associate remained and said I wanted to make the purchase. She was not rude in a sense, but very dismissive and did not go out of her way to help at all. At the very least walk me to the area of interest. Don't just point and say its over there. I guess being male in a tanktop and jean shorts creates a certain judgement?! Luckily I didnt go full on Pretty Woman. Very disappointed. Will shop online from now on. Thank you.

I was very disappointed with my recent shopping experience with Dior. I placed an order for the 30 Montaigne heeled slides in a size 39, only to have it canceled two days later due to the item being out of stock. I then reordered the shoe in a size 37, hoping to make it work, and after waiting five more days, that order was also canceled for the same reason. For a luxury brand, inventory management and communication should be much better. Having an item available for purchase twice, only to later discover it is out of stock, creates frustration and diminishes the overall shopping experience. The shoes are beautiful, but the repeated cancellations and lack of inventory accuracy left me disappointed.
