  New store with lots of items in stock. The salesman measured me - helped me find the right shirts - and ensured I knew about the promos they were running. Great spot to pickup men’s dress/casual wear.

  Had a great experience working with Bobby at Charles Tyrwhitt. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, made excellent recommendations, and ensured everything fit perfectly. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. Highly recommend asking for Bobby if you visit Charles Tyrwhitt!

  The store associates were so friendly and helpful. The GM, Steph, went out of her way to help me when I needed to exchange for a different shirt. Will definitely be coming back to this location in the future!

  Great experience at Charles Tyrwhitt. Shayla went above and beyond! Measured me, brought multiple shirts to try, and made sure everything fit perfectly. She was patient, professional, and very helpful. The rest of the staff were also friendly and supportive. Really appreciate the service highly recommend!

  This is the second location. The original location is on LaSalle St., but this is bigger. This a flagship location so they're going to get and carry new products. I tried on one of the dress shirts. The staff and service are tyrwhittriffic.
