  I was honestly a little hesitant to visit this location after reading some of the negative reviews about customer service, but my experience was completely the opposite. I had purchased an Expedition Parka online directly from Canada Goose and came in to return it. When the staff asked if there was anything wrong with the parka, I told them honestly that there wasn’t — I had simply found the same jacket for a better price elsewhere. They were completely understanding and told me that was totally fine. Even knowing that I wasn’t planning to purchase another jacket from them that day, they still took the time to bring me a different size to try on, explained the fit and features of the Expedition Parka, and helped me figure out which size worked better for me. My original purchase was made through Affirm, so they explained that they couldn’t process an immediate refund at the store. Instead, they offered to package and ship the return for me and explained exactly what would happen next and when I should expect the email confirmation. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional and genuinely helpful. There was absolutely no pressure to buy anything, even after I openly told them I was buying the replacement elsewhere for less. Very positive experience and an easy 5 stars from me.

  my family and i walked in and the 3 employees just stared at us like we weren’t supposed to be there. then a older blonde woman came over to “help” us, but the whole interaction was very off putting, very pushy, and rude.

  Thank you David for the excellent service. Didn’t have anything in mind when we walked in but with your patient and recommendation we walked out with a nice jacket and vest that both my husband and I are very happy with.

  I came in here a few months ago looking to just try on a coat to figure out my size, and the associate, India (hope that’s the correct spelling), was incredibly nice and helpful. She was so kind and gave me advice and help the way a friend would- not at ALL pushy or anything like other luxury store associates. She was so great!!!

  I had a very disappointing and frankly unacceptable experience with the Canada Goose pop-up store. I’m a quadriplegic, and while waiting in line to enter, a staff member was handing out coat check tickets and told me I needed to remove my jacket before going inside. I explained that I physically cannot take my jacket off by myself, and the response I received was simply, “sorry, that’s our policy.” There was no attempt to assist, no accommodation offered, and no flexibility whatsoever. I wasn’t even able to enter the store. Policies are one thing, but applying them without any consideration for someone’s physical limitations shows a complete lack of accessibility awareness and basic customer care. To make matters worse, I followed up twice afterward and never received any response. For a premium brand like Canada Goose, this is unacceptable. Accessibility and common sense should not be optional. I hope this is taken seriously and addressed so others don’t have the same experience.
