  Garbage material on some the models, fades after a few uses or dry cleaning, After a few months I bought this $950 jacket the seams on wrist tore , the whole jacket lost color , sent for claim , it was a hassle at the store . Got the jacket back , a few months later again and more problems the seams on the pocket tore, zipper broke. NOT worth the money spent . Warranty claim customer service is a joke. Some of the staff at the Michigan st. location are a joke with an attitude. They are not very detailed on how to go about your claim. It’s back and forth so you better read for yourself. I regret buying this item.

  Never had a bad experience at this store but this time Steph S was a true rockstar! Most helpful, she knew everything about every coat, and helped both of us find what we were looking for!

  I was honestly a little hesitant to visit this location after reading some of the negative reviews about customer service, but my experience was completely the opposite. I had purchased an Expedition Parka online directly from Canada Goose and came in to return it. When the staff asked if there was anything wrong with the parka, I told them honestly that there wasn’t — I had simply found the same jacket for a better price elsewhere. They were completely understanding and told me that was totally fine. Even knowing that I wasn’t planning to purchase another jacket from them that day, they still took the time to bring me a different size to try on, explained the fit and features of the Expedition Parka, and helped me figure out which size worked better for me. My original purchase was made through Affirm, so they explained that they couldn’t process an immediate refund at the store. Instead, they offered to package and ship the return for me and explained exactly what would happen next and when I should expect the email confirmation. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional and genuinely helpful. There was absolutely no pressure to buy anything, even after I openly told them I was buying the replacement elsewhere for less. Very positive experience and an easy 5 stars from me.

  my family and i walked in and the 3 employees just stared at us like we weren’t supposed to be there. then a older blonde woman came over to “help” us, but the whole interaction was very off putting, very pushy, and rude.
