  Yahere helped me today when looking for outfits for my husband. His service was IMPECCABLE. I am so happy he was able to put something together and he has a great taste. Ladies if you need advice buying clothes for your husbands, ask for Yajir. 10/10 will shop her again

  I'm genuinely shocked at the lack of quality and customer care at this Hugo Boss location. I purchased a $200 shirt and followed the manufacturer's instructions exactly--washed only a couple of times and air-dried--yet the shirt ripped apart. When I returned to the store expecting at least some accountability or assistance, the staff offered no meaningful support. In my experience, they did not stand behind the products they sell, which is incredibly frustrating given the price point and brand reputation. For a luxury retailer, I expected far better. Based on this experience, I won't be shopping here again.
