  Had a great experience with Gabriel at Ascend Cannabis Dispensary. He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. He gave great recommendations and made the whole process smooth and welcoming. Customer service like his definitely makes a difference. Highly recommend asking for Gabriel if you stop by.

  Megan was excellent 👌👍👍helped me pick a 3 in 1 battery So the next morning after trying to use the three in one turns out the one I got was defective. The staff though this morning May 14th 8:00 in the morning was very accommodate able to solve my issue immediately with no answer they will be the only place I will go to because of the current customer service thank you for understanding.

  Great inventory, specials, friendly staff, clean store and good location. The exit is the only thing I didn’t care for, straight into the alley and dumpster.

  Great dispensary i barely moved back to chicago was worried about finding a dispensary was not aware of one so close to me thought I would have to drive to midway. This location is awesome super friendly staff in and out fast highly recommend

  2nd time visiting Chicago, 1st time learning about this place while on vacation! Great experience & customer service overall. Friendly, knowledgeable staff who took the time to answer my questions, but was given a limit amount of what to purchase, since I am not a resident of Illinois. The shop was clean, organized, and had a solid selection of quality products. Prices were fair and the vibe was welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back the next time I visit Chicago.
