  I come to this place often & what disappointed me tonight was the customer in the front before you get to the back to purchase weed. The staff were very rude & disrespectful. Attitudes like that will make a customer not come back. If it’s super busy in the back & there is no room for more people to go back there, at some point stop expecting people.

  Too many hoops and you get let out on a completely different street. As someone new to the city, this is confusing, especially when trying to go to the restaurant next store after this stop. The customer service was less than par. The cashier was not at all helpful when trying to pay. Will not go again.

  honestly love this place. Lobby is sometimes hot in the summer, but its gotten better recently. Awesome staff and everyone is super friendly. to be honest I dont usually remember the strains I get but I usually see Drew, and he's always really informative and helpful and I really like what he suggestsfor me. i keep coming back because I like working with him. good range of prices, so I can stock up on decent stuff and treat myself to much better stuff way more often.

  My experience is always great there for years and the old school people know me well like, OJ, Alexis, Rafa, Eileen and Charlie B.; just to name a few wonderful staff. But the lady at the front entrance before you walk in the main door to purchase was not so nice on 7-17/it was after 9pm (she was tall and I get her name) but someone can look at the scheduling). It was her voice tone that was rude and do understand this is a professional business. I never experience that ever. Note: This STAR is for the young lady customer service because all my other service experience here always have been 5 stars. This is the only place I shop at 99% of the time because of the knowledge staff have in reference to if I have a medical question. I normally shop in the daytime. I will never come at night no more. Lastly, overall I shop here because I feel comfortable shopping here. God Bless to All
