  I’m in the service industry and when I receive a gratuity from a Guest, I always say thank you my budtender Never said thank you. Just kind of rude.

  I was not on my A game when I walked into the Ascend yesterday. I was having a rough day and was very frazzled, but the employee who helped me was kind, knowledgeable, and patient. He answered all my questions, and even brightened my day a little with his helpful attitude. I didn't get his name, but he was tall with olive skin, and facial hair. I go to a lot of dispensaries, but the experience I had at Ascend yesterday, blows them all out of the water. Thank you guys for what you do! I will definitely be back.

  Everyone here is so nice, and helpful. I made a previous post about thc-a, and I learned that my assumptions were incorrect. The staff helped me understand the way things are measured, and learn some new things as well. Lastly, Xavier is one of the best bud tenders in the city. Aside from being attentive and flexible, he also gives incredible recommendations that contain actually useful information. Definitely recommend the Logan square location
