  I normally shop online ,, shopped only handful times in store , not sure what’s wrong with the hijabi girl she gave us the weirdest attitude me and my mom , never greeted us and when o asked I I could scan the QR code she rolled her eyes as if she is doing us a favor .. I understand shop is busy with the 30% off sale and you’re busy but that attitude wasn’t necessary. I also want to add the two guys in the changing rooms were friendly and helpful…

  Had a great experience at ALO thanks to Jackie. She was extremely helpful with our return, very patient throughout the process, and took the time to answer every question we had. Excellent customer service and a very positive experience overall.

  Myesha was so helpful! I’m not sure why they have only 3.2 stars. Everyone is so nice at all the locations and I buy from Alo because I like the customer service and experience. I came in to exchange shoes and they brought the shoes to the register for me to try on making the process so easy. I decided to keep the ones I bought because I am in between sizes. I then asked a sales rep for help to buy some more clothes and she was very attentive, and gave me good feedback and options. I was there for about 2 hours and she worked with me for most of it. At the register my card had to have security clearance and they were patient and let me clear it without rushing me. I had very good interactions with 3 of the workers. Everyone was very patient and polite. There was a lot of people in the store, but I didn’t find it overwhelming because the staff was so great.

  I am writing to formally report an uncomfortable and disrespectful experience I had at one of your stores. On two separate occasions within the same week, while asking for a size S or XS, I was looked up and down by staff members who suggested while laughing among themselves that a size L in a “non-small fit” might be more suitable for me. This was said within my hearing, without any discretion or professionalism. I am a tall but slender person, and regardless of my appearance or how I was dressed (I was wearing oversized clothing at the time), this type of behavior is completely inappropriate. It made me feel judged, humiliated, and deeply uncomfortable. As someone who already has personal insecurities about my body, this experience felt particularly harmful and disrespectful. What was most disappointing is that when I brought this to the store manager’s attention, the response was dismissive. I was simply asked whether I would proceed with my purchase, and told that the matter would be mentioned to staff, without any meaningful action or accountability. This situation reflects a lack of basic respect, professionalism, and customer care. I believe no customer should be made to feel this way in your stores. I would appreciate a proper review of this incident, appropriate staff training, and a response outlining what actions will be taken to prevent this from happening again.

  The website won’t allow me to leave a review, so I’m sharing this here: the Accolade sweatpants cost $140 and started pilling heavily after the first wear. I wash them on cold and air dry, yet they continue to deteriorate just from normal use. At this price point, they should hold up without requiring such careful maintenance, especially when I am already taking such steps and still seeing this level of wear.
