  Really unpleasant experience at this location. From the moment I walked in, the customer service felt dismissive and unprofessional. One of the associates kept getting in my personal space and practically bumping into me without acknowledging it or apologizing. Then, when I was waiting to check out, there were two lanes leading to the registers, both of which appeared to be in use. I stood in one of them, and an employee suddenly told me, “Hey love, make sure you’re in the right line, because this is the wrong line.” There was absolutely no clear indication that I was standing anywhere incorrectly, and I was already right next to the register I ended up using anyway. The whole interaction felt unnecessarily condescending and nitpicky rather than helpful. If customers are expected to stand in one very specific place, the store should make that clear instead of speaking to people as though they’ve done something wrong. Overall, the atmosphere was uncomfortable and the customer service seriously needs improvement.

  I attempted to return something a legitimate receipt Within the return timeframe. Three people struggled with the simple transaction and eventually I just gave up. It wasn’t very much money and was no longer worth my time or painfully watching them trying to do a simple transaction. I think this is more of a reflection on the company is a whole rather than this specific store staff.

  I went into return my never been worn hat because I’d rather have a cubs hat. Not once was it worn and yet the staff said they can’t and then walked away.

  this location was a totally different experience. the checkout lines are in the middle of the sock area, so i was standing right there, items in hand…..visibly waiting. 3 employees were just standing around talking and called 3 other people that were in line after I was there. the only person who actually helped me was the one who had been with another customer the entire time ~ she called for me the second she was done. won’t be back to this location, reviews are right.
