  I’ve visited and supported this store for a few years now, so my review comes from an array of different experiences. Overall my experience here has been pleasant but there are a few experiences that have brought me to no longer support the establishment and therefore produce this review. I believe the vision here has potential but it really needs intentional work and improvement. Starting with how you answer the phone. Answering the phone saying a dry “hello” is very off putting to your prospect clientele. You’re not answering your personal phone. Perhaps practice a bit more situational awareness and effort. Theres another review that speaks on the lack of support and assistance and I agree. “Coralee” the owner in my experience comes across wishy washy in her provided service and quite honestly has proven to be somewhat pretentious. At times has made me feel like my questions about the products burden and discomfort her which in turn has made me feel awkward and uneasy on interacting. The products here and the quality of them is very inconsistent, so you never really know what you’re getting until you get it and try it out. It’s been a hit or miss for me. the Sunday food venues have just been over stimulating. overcrowded, disorganized, music blaring, and at times a rowdy mess, which really needs more attention in my opinion. Individuals, which appear to be more family and friends of the employees rather than customers just lounging around taking up too much space in that tiny area that again just takes away from people who are genuinely there to show support and contribute to their wellness. My last straw was most Recently I had a skin reaction to what I believe was one of the products purchased here that required medical attention but because the list of ingredients is not present on most of the items I couldn’t rule out what it was and had to eliminate all products purchased just to be safe. It could have very well been an isolated instance but because there is no transparency on the ingredients used, it left me at a standstill and having to get rid of everything instead of potentially one item. All in all it’s an ok place with what I hope are good intentions but needs some attention and polishing.

  I ordered next-day shipping and my order was late. When I got my order, I received all kinds of extra gifts including different types of tea and a tea ball. That is excellent customer service. I highly recommend them.

  Nothings but positive! Live drinking Lung relief tea works very fast as a matter of fact I am going over to buy some more to share with my family. I have been there a few times and customer service has always been excellent 😊
