  Very bad attitude of byanca. When I entered the store it was as if I came to someone to disturb his peace. I asked him about some clothes and he said he didn't know.

  Came here to buy a last minute dress and I found the one and due to being in a rush I just bought it and hoped for the best. As I got home to try it on, I noticed it was ripped from the top part, mind you this was the first time I was trying it on since I didn’t even try it on at the store. I went back to the store to get a refund since I BOUGHT it ripped. The lady there told me that she could not give me a full refund because apparently it had a strong smell to detergent, meaning that I washed it, so she gave me a store credit, (which is not a problem for me, I’m fine with the store credit) but girls you guys have gone in there and seen many girls trying out many different clothing items so of course it’s going to have some sort of smell. This is just a reminder to you girls out there to check all of your items before checking out or else they will accuse of you ripping it, wearing it or even washing it.

  I would leave 0 unfortunately I can’t, I went it testing to return a product that was tried on once and in perfect condition. The tag was not connect but inside the bag, a young girl with blue braces checked me out and then looked me up and down as if she was disgusted and then proceeds to check my 1 item and then flips it inside out and looks at me again. Mind you the item was only worn the 1 time to try it one and I didn’t like the fit of it which I told her and I was turned down for my return.

  Employee one girl in specific she was rude to my daughter she seemed like she was closed off and not willing to help us
