  Great customer service. The staff is always fun and friendly. They even let me in when it was down to one minute before they close the door. I love this location and I will always support Ascend

  Mike was exceptional and provided great customer service. He made sure I received all the discounts available, and I really appreciated his help. However, I was disappointed by an interaction I had with Brooke when I first arrived and was having trouble with the kiosk. If someone appears to need assistance and there are no other customers waiting, it would be more professional to approach them directly rather than yelling across to other employees that they need help. Situations like that can make customers feel uncomfortable. As someone with over 15 years of customer service experience, I believe strong people skills and professionalism make a big difference in how customers feel during their visit. Because of this experience, I would probably only return if I were in a bind. With everything I’m already dealing with, I don’t need additional stress or negative interactions.
