  Per usual the service was great. I had quite a few questions and detective time and everything made sure I was taken care of. It’s my first time back in a long time felt welcome as usual and of course they saved me money.

  The atmosphere is nice. The staff is awesome. My only complaint is the pre-rolls. The pre-rolls aren't packed properly. They bend in several places and becomes hard to stay.

  In my most recent trip to Ascend, I was extremely happy with Isaac. He was friendly and totally knowledgeable. He was familiar with the strain of my choice, which is one of the reasons I keep coming back to Ascend. With young men like Isaac working there, I'm sure your customers will continue to be satisfied. He is on the management fast track.

  My new home store 😍 I just moved nearby and out of the dispensaries in the area.. Ascend is definitely my favorite. They have something for everyone and the prices are super decent. Whether you're just looking for a strong ass pre roll to smoke alone or you need that whole thang for a sesh with the homies... they got you and your wallet. 😝

  Went in today, ordered and pain ahead of time as I’m in kind of a hurry. Long line which is fine but it drives me crazy when managers are just joking around instead of helping. They let the line get 8+ long before he asked for another teller. On top of that the computer they checked me out on wasn’t working so they canceled my payment and then forced me to use my card and thus get random change back. When I mentioned I was frustrated by this the teller (wearing an ozone branded white jersey) just kinda rolled his eyes at me. So better ascend, your tinley location is also much better.
