She took the time to explain everything clearly and walked me through the value of what I had and how current gold and silver market pricing works, which I really appreciated. honest, professional, and very easy to work with.   First off the two gentlemen you have working in there should not be in the business at all... one guy has no idea what hes doing and they both cannot explain how the prices they give work at all. They just throw random stuff out and try the best to buy your item for next to nothing. This place is a complete joke. Gold is at 5k an oz and they are offering 1000 an oz .. 😆 avoid this place and drive further and get the money you deserve. Also they both get defensive very fast. The only pleasant experience i've had here is with the young lady. Reply- if you cant take a customer asking to explain what the price per oz you are giving the customer and immediately get defensive then you shouldn't be in the business... all I was trying to do is understand how they were getting the price... so ... gold is 5k an oz... they said "i was just under an oz" and I had 14k which is 1/2 so $2500.... I was offered 1000 lol.... so I was trying to understand is all... the manager went on to say the more he makes off of the item the more he takes home on his paycheck. The new guy has absolutely no faith in himself. The "manager" has mommy and daddy gave me this attitude vibes. Both are very defensive men and are easily offended.
