  Very friendly and helpful staff. I didn't catch the lady's name, but I was shopping an Uber order and she knew exactly where the item was located that I was searching for. She also helped during the checkout process. She was amazing. Thank you again.

  Wish I could give this place 0 stars. There is no customer service at all. I am already uncomfortable taking my toddlers to ANY store to shop and the employee made me feel worse by making an assumption I am switching shoe boxes or taking shoes when I am going to purchase the shoes that my toddlers are REFUSING to take off (I was actively holding the correct boxes for purchase and clearly told the employee that as well when she approached me). Customer service is supposed to have a little bit of empathy to a certain extent depending on the situation. Just because my toddlers are loud and running around does not give a worker the right to have a negative judgement on what kind of shopper I am. I’ve been in retail for 7 years and on going, I would never make a PARENT or anyone who is obviously having a difficult time feel the way I did throughout this experience. I understand each shoe has to be checked when purchased but there is a much nicer way to ask instead of asking in a forceful manner with sarcasm/attitude especially during the situation I was having.

  Excellent above and beyond customer service I felt comfortable as a valued customer I learned about a DSW Foundation initiative to provide donated footwear to a World-wide initiative
