The owner or manager is in there gossiping while working. Went to check out with my items and the cashier jumbled the items basically in a ball and pushed them back at me. You would think if you aren’t going to give bags for a purchase at least fold the items for the customer to grab.

Was shopping there today. Was trying clothes on in the changing room, when all my credit cards and drivers license fell out of my pocket without my knowledge. A customer found them and turned them into the staff. As busy as they were, a young staff member ran out to the parking lot to return them to me. I was so grateful! They certainly went the extra mile with me today! I will be back!

I went to this location for the first time over the weekend while my husband shopped at a store nearby. I saw on the door it was close to closing time so I quickly walked through as I feel it’s rude to check out when staff are closing shop. All of the employees were very kind, I found a few items, and the quality was decent. I took one star off because the prices are kind of all over the place. For example, Zara and old navy items are priced very close together. If you thrift often, you know what’s a good find so I’m happy with what I purchased!

I have been shopping at this location for over a decade. That being said it’s one of my favorite stores. Last night I came in to shop with my baby sleeping in her car seat beside me. A girl employee (blonde hair green eyes) proceeded to come stand right next to us and loudly slam the hangers together right where I was trying to shop. I was very thrown off by her rude behavior but in an attempt to make the situation less strange I asked her if they had any dress pants. In a very condescending way she told me no this is a teen store and they don’t sell that kind of clothing. in the past there has definitely been dress pants there because I have bought multiple pairs from there over the years. Any way very much mean girl energy :(
