  I cannot recommend or say enough good things about Jack Lewis Jewelers! Everytime I’ve stepped foot in the store, the staff is always welcoming and helpful and a joy to interact with. While everyone is fantastic, I have to specifically mention Devan. From buying my daughter her first nice jewelry piece for her birthday to helping my fiancée surprise me with my dream watch, Devan and the entire staff have treated me fantastic and make every experience a pleasure. The store has a customer for life and recommend everyone make Jack Lewis your jeweler for any and all your needs!

  Mackenzie was wonderful. She was so pleasant and made sure she provided what we had come to accomplish. She was very thorough, made us feel very welcome, and took her time with us. I look forward to going to the store again and especially hope to work with Mackenzie again.

  Absolutely AMAZING customer service! I called them this morning about getting my birthday present diamond ring from my husband sized. They were able to fit me in, and they did a superb job! I do believe this will be our new jewelry store from here on out… it was definitely worth the one hour drive! The store is beautiful and inviting. The employees are kind and very helpful! And their prices are better than places close to home that we have used in the past. Thank you so much for the excellent service I received today!

  Working with Jack Lewis to have my ring cleaned and checked and also appraised for value was a great experience. The staff was very friendly. The dates promised were accurate and the price quoted was fair and accurate. While waiting for the cleaning, Makenzie Moas showed me around the new store and of course showed me all of the beautiful, tempting pieces she thought I might like, and we began a wishlist. There was no pressure, just friendly staff.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience working with Scott. From start to finish, he was professional, responsive, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. He made everything smooth and stress-free, and my watch arrived much faster than I expected. What really stood out was his honesty, communication, and willingness to help. It’s hard to find someone you can trust with a purchase like this, and Scott definitely exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend working with Scott if you’re looking for a great buying experience. I’ll definitely be back for my next watch!
