I've been going to this location for years! They always have the best stuff and everyone is super friendly. I've sold LOTS of items with them and always love looking for new things to rotate into my closet. Highly recommend. Delaney is the best!!!

Dropped my daughters clothes off as a first stop before goodwill. Didn't get too much and they definitely didn't take everything, but honestly it's nice to throw less used outfits there instead of trying to sell every thing individually online. We were happy to squeeze out an extra $20 before dropping the rest off for donation across the street. Carve out a chunk of your day knowing it might take more or less than the wait time on the iPad.

Me and my friend came to sell some items we don't reach for (we have shipping addictions nothing wrong with them). We both had giant bags of instyle name brand clothing some with tags all in perfect condition. We called prior and they told us they were taking almost everything. We walk in the racks are so packed full of out of date, bad items you can't even shop. When dropping off they told us 1-2 hours. They texted after less than 20 minutes we received our stuff back they only took 1 lululemon item each from our bags (one of them not even being ours? Took from someone else's bag) the rest of the items were folded exactly how we had brought them so they definitely weren't even looked through. The employees couldn't find half of the other guests bags that were brought in and the excuse was our clothes weren't "in style". I guess Plato's "in" is bleach stained hoodies, sequin knock off uggs, and heathered neon hoodies (all items I saw on the rack) and not Offline/Aerie, Brandy Melville, Nike, Gym Shark, Homecoming dresses (in season)???? This location needs some work. I'd recommend doing your selling at any other location. All of the workers seemed so angry, confused like it was their first day and even crying? I promise you you're not missing out skipping on this location.
