Love my budtenders here. Everyone I've had so far has been wonderful to interact with. Not a stiff transaction. Great job growing your staff.

Store has potential, too many idiots working there not knowing what to do. Shouldn't take 30 minutes to pickup when the order was ready for hours. Zenleaf is much better!

I had a fantastic experience visiting Duchess Cannabis in Batavia. The dispensary is incredibly clean, modern, and welcoming from the moment you walk in.The staff at this location is knowledgeable, patient, and available to help visitors find what they are looking for, catering to both experienced consumers and newcomers. The menu features a selection of products, and the ordering process is structured to be smooth and efficient. Having a professional dispensary in the Batavia area provides a convenient option for local customers. Kelsie and Teddy were a delight!!! 🤠👍
