- KAKarla AguirreAug 5, 20265.0Joseph was great! He helped me decide what glasses I needed.
- JBJohny BrownJul 20, 20261.0I am writing to report a deeply disappointing experience with Sunglass hut regarding deceptive pricing practices. The store advertised a 30% discount on their sunglasses, but upon checking out, it became clear that the promised discount was never applied. Instead of offering a genuine sale, they used misleading price tags to trick customers into believing they were getting a deal when they were actually paying full price. This blatant bait-and-switch tactic is unethical and unacceptable, and I urge potential customers to beware of these scammy sales practices. I will never come Sunglass Hut any more.
- BJBraids By JackieJan 7, 20251.0I bought some Meta glasses about 5 months ago. Paid $410. I barely started using them since I wear contacts all the time. A piece of plastic came out. I always take care of my glasses. I Didn’t drop them or anything. I called store and they want to charge me $189 to fix them. Nobody told me I had to buy a warranty for $49 when I purchased them at the store. I would definitely not be buying any future glasses at this franchise.
