- ETEnrique TorrucoJul 13, 20263.0At the Simon mall In Aurora Illinois I purchased a pair of sunglasses and they didn’t have it in stock , they offered to ship them to me and I agreed , As I’m walking thru the mall I realized that there were 2 more stores from the same company, one of them had the pair available, After explaining the situation they wanted to sell me the pair but they wanted me To buy them again amd later go back and return the other glasses for reimbursement . I just don’t understand what the first store didn’t offer to check the two other store for the availability of the pair I wanted , they didn’t even mention that probably the other stores might had the style I was looking for . Perhaps the first store wanted to make the sale and keep the profits. Poor customer service and poor communication among the company stores

She was extremely rude, unprofessional, and treated me like a massive inconvenience. Thankfully, another employee named Emma stepped in. Emma took great care of me and was absolutely wonderful—attentive, kind, and professional. While Emma saved the visit from being a total disaster, Val's awful attitude completely ruined the store's environment. Management seriously needs to address Val's behavior, but Emma deserves a huge shoutout for her excellent service.
