- AGAnne GobJun 9, 20221.0I was @ the Premium Outlet location in Aurora Illinois this past weekend Saturday to be exact 6.4.22. Bought 5 pairs of sunglasses Teresa dealt with me & my family! Initially I purchased 2 sunglasses cost me $210…I came back with my other family members we purchased 3 more. Teresa mentioned because of the 5 pairs she’ll offer me more discount! All purchase cost $360! The other transaction initially she said she voided that cost $210! I returned home & saw my bank statement $360 & $210…I called today 6.9.22 and this is where my biggest complaint starts! Bianca who entertained my phone call didn’t want to hear my complaint! She took my number she said she’s very busy! On her call back she claimed she spoke to Teresa who sold me the glasses last Saturday & said she did bill me correctly! I said no because on my receipt it says 4 purchased & 1 return! That’s not the case!!!! We have the 5 sunglasses we paid for & what she claimed she’s voiding my first receipt & charge me $360 for all 5!!! I have my receipt to prove that’s not the case & my bank statement says another of $570 charge not $360! But my biggest complaint is that Bianca who poorly handled my call ended up hanging up the phone on me!!!! I tried to call 5X & she didn’t pick up as she sees the caller ID & knew it was me!!!! Really????? Sunglass Hut this is who you hire who has no empathy to begin with knowing there is a dispute or miscommunication in prices…and a hang up from your team????? What a big disrespect & disappointment if I can put 0 star I will just so happen 1 star is the lowest rating on this chart!!!! Shame on you!!!! Bianca, you need a major training you can’t work in customer relations if this is your attitude toward a simple complaint!!!! Again, Aurora outlet in Illinois is where I got disrespected by their employee!!!!!
