I called customer service ahead of time to ensure I was in the guidelines BEFORE driving to Aurora (where I was told to go). The MOD (Desiree) was helpful and tried to find someone to take my return. Customer service only offered a label after they sent me to the outlet. Then she called Rachel (maybe a DM?) Who instructed her to send me 45 min more out of my way to Oakbrook. If you can do an offline return in one location why not the other? Customer service is a CHOICE not a policy- do better Marc Jacobs! Let’s see if I actually get a refund.
